Ordering Process (Uploading Designs, Gang Sheets, File Setup)

How do I place an order on DTFSuperprint.com for custom DTF heat transfers?

To place an order, just visit DTFSuperprint.com, select “Custom Transfers,” upload your design files, choose your preferred size and quantity, and proceed to checkout. It’s fast, simple, and completely customizable to your needs.

What is a “gang sheet,” and how can I use one to print multiple designs in one go?

A “gang sheet” is a cost-effective way to print multiple designs on one large sheet at the same time. It helps reduce printing costs and maximizes material usage, making it perfect for customers who need various smaller designs or logos in a single order. To use a gang sheet, simply arrange all your designs within one file before uploading for print.

How do I properly set up a gang sheet with multiple designs on it for printing?

To set up a gang sheet properly, use design software such as Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop. Start by creating a canvas with a width of 22 inches, adjusting the height based on your design requirements. Place each design on the canvas with at least 0.1 inches of spacing between them to prevent overlaps. Make sure all designs have transparent backgrounds and are saved at a high resolution (300 DPI) for the best print quality. Save your final gang sheet as a .png file. Proper spacing and transparency ensure crisp prints and make cutting and application easy and efficient.

Do I need to create an account to order, or can I check out as a guest on your site?

You can choose to checkout as a guest or by creating an account. Creating an account is recommended, as it makes it easy to track your orders and quickly reorder your designs in the future.

Can I upload multiple different designs in a single order or on one gang sheet?

Yes, our platform fully supports uploading multiple designs, whether as separate files or combined on a single gang sheet. This flexibility allows you to manage your printing projects efficiently and helps reduce overall printing costs.

What file formats and file sizes are accepted for design uploads on your website?

DTFSuperprint.com accepts multiple file formats, including PNG, PDF, JPEG, and TIFF, with file sizes up to 2000MB. For the best print quality, we highly recommend using PNG files with transparent backgrounds. If you upload other file formats, our designers can assist in converting them into printable files. For gang sheet orders, saving your file as a transparent PNG is strongly recommended to ensure optimal clarity and ease of printing.

Will I get to see a proof or preview of my design before you print and ship it?

Typically, we print your designs as submitted if there are no issues. However, if our designers notice any potential problems with your files, we will contact you before printing to ensure accuracy and satisfaction. If you would like to receive a digital proof for approval regardless, please contact our support team or mention this in your order notes, and we will be happy to provide one.

Do my design files need to have a transparent background (no background) for printing?

We strongly recommend uploading your design files in PNG format with transparent backgrounds for the best results. Transparent backgrounds ensure a clean, professional finish, transferring only your intended design elements.
If you need help with background removal or other design adjustments, you can request assistance from our designers when selecting the “order by size” option, which allows for modifications. However, for gang sheet orders, please ensure your files are finalized and ready to print, as further edits are not included in this option.

Can I reorder a design I previously printed? Do you save customer artwork to simplify reordering?

Absolutely! We securely store your previous designs in your customer account for up to 2 months. To reorder, just log in, select your past designs, and complete the checkout process—making reordering quick and easy.

I’ve already placed my order—can I add another design or item, or do I need to place a new order?

If your order hasn’t entered production yet, you can usually add or change items by contacting our customer support right away. Once printing has begun, modifications aren’t possible, and a new order will be required.

Is there a maximum or minimum size for the designs you can print?

We can handle designs of nearly any size, with gang sheets up to 22 inches wide and as long as 20 feet tall. Our minimum recommended size for clear detail and quality is approximately 1” x 1”. For special size requests or questions, please reach out to our support team for help.

I don’t have a ready-made design — can DTFSheet.com assist with creating one or recommend design services?

We provide a large collection of ready-to-press designs in multiple categories, and our designers can help customize or adjust these to fit your needs. However, please note that we do not create original designs from scratch.

Do I need to mirror or flip my design before uploading, or will you print it in the correct orientation?

You don’t need to mirror or flip your designs before uploading. Just submit your artwork as is, and we’ll automatically adjust it to the correct orientation for heat transfer printing.

Introduction of DTF Printing and Company Fundamentals

What is Direct to Film (DTF) printing, and how does it work for custom designs?

Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing is a cutting-edge technique that enables custom designs to be printed on a specialized film and then transferred onto fabric using a heat press. The process starts by printing the design onto the film with premium DTF inks. Next, an adhesive powder is applied and cured to ensure a strong, durable bond with the garment. Finally, the prepared film is heat-pressed onto the fabric, resulting in vivid, highly detailed, and long-lasting prints suitable for a wide range of materials.

Who is DTFSuperprint.com, and what services do you offer to your customers?

dtfsuperprint is a rapidly growing U.S.-based custom DTF transfer provider specializing in premium, ready-to-press heat transfers. We make it easy for individuals, small businesses, and large-scale print shops to upload designs and receive top-quality DTF transfers with fast, reliable shipping. Our services include gang sheet and single design ordering, sample packs, design assistance for size-specific orders, and ultra-fast turnaround times—all delivering vibrant, long-lasting print quality.

How is DTF printing different from other methods like screen printing or sublimation?

DTF printing provides greater versatility and convenience compared to traditional methods like screen printing or sublimation. Unlike sublimation, which is limited to polyester and light-colored fabrics, DTF transfers work on almost any fabric type — including cotton, blends, and dark garments. Unlike screen printing, DTF eliminates the need for screens and setup costs, making it perfect for short runs and intricate, full-color designs. Additionally, DTF prints offer a soft feel, exceptional durability, and excellent wash resistance.

What makes DTFSuperprint.com unique compared to other custom transfer providers?

What makes DTFSuperprint.com stand out is our dedication to speed, quality, and versatility. We provide same-day shipping for qualifying orders placed before noon, exceptional color accuracy, zero setup fees, and customer support that truly goes the extra mile. Our user-friendly gang sheet builder simplifies the process, and we also offer sample packs and design adjustment assistance for size-based orders. Whether you’re creating for personal projects or growing a clothing brand, we ensure consistent quality and outstanding value..

Do you have any minimum order quantities, or can I order just a single transfer if needed?

We have no minimum order requirements — you can order just one DTF transfer for testing, personal projects, or small runs. Whether you need a single piece or a bulk order, we’re here to support creators of every size. This flexibility makes it ideal for sampling our packs or testing a new design before committing to larger quantities.

What are the benefits of using DTF transfers for making custom apparel or products?

DTF transfers deliver bold, vibrant colors, sharp detail, and outstanding durability, making them ideal for custom t-shirts, hoodies, bags, and more. Key advantages include low order minimums, compatibility with almost any fabric, and the convenience of no weeding or cutting. They also save time and costs with bulk gang sheet printing. Whether you’re a business or an individual creator, DTF provides professional-quality results without the complexities of traditional printing methods.

Shipping & Fulfillments

What is your typical turnaround time or processing time before my order ships out?

At DTFSuperprint.com, fast turnaround is our guarantee. Orders placed before 12:00 PM CST (Monday–Saturday) are printed and shipped the same business day, while those placed after the cutoff ship the next business day. We handle all printing and packaging in-house, ensuring consistent quality and reliable speed every time.

How long does shipping usually take, and will I receive a tracking number for my shipment?

Shipping times depend on your location and the method chosen at checkout. Standard ground shipping within the U.S. usually takes 1–4 business days, while expedited options like UPS 2nd Day Air provide faster delivery. We also offer guaranteed next-day delivery at checkout. Every order comes with real-time tracking for your convenience. If tracking hasn’t updated within 24 hours or appears delayed, contact us — we’ll follow up with the carrier on your behalf.

Do you offer same-day printing or rush order options if I need my transfers urgently?

Absolutely! Our standard service is already super fast — place your order by 12 PM CST, and it ships the same day with no rush fee. If you’re on a tight deadline or need special assistance (such as coordinating delivery or combining shipments), simply add a note at checkout or email our support team. We go the extra mile to handle urgent projects, especially for event planners, brand launches, and small businesses working with strict timelines.

Do you ship orders on weekends or only on business days?

We print and ship from Sunday to Friday. Orders placed on Saturday are queued for processing on Sunday. If you require urgent delivery on Monday, we suggest placing your order early on Saturday and choosing expedited shipping for faster service.

If I need my order by a specific date or event, what’s the best way to ensure it arrives on time?

We suggest ordering early and choosing 2-Day or Next-Day shipping at checkout. If you’re facing a tight deadline—whether it’s for an event, product launch, or client project—please leave a note at checkout or email us after placing your order. We’ll prioritize your request and closely monitor the shipment to ensure it arrives on time. Your deadline is our priority!

Which shipping carriers do you use to send out orders (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.)?

We mainly ship via UPS, USPS, and FedEx, providing options from standard ground to 2-day and overnight delivery. The carrier is chosen based on your shipping selection at checkout and your destination. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an automated tracking email to follow its progress every step of the way.

How much does shipping cost, and do you offer free shipping for orders over a certain amount?

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, type, and destination. We often run free shipping promotions on orders over $99, so keep an eye on our homepage banners or subscribe to our newsletter. Business customers and repeat buyers may also qualify for discounted shipping rates.

How do you package the DTF transfers for shipping to ensure they aren’t damaged during delivery?

We carefully package all DTF transfers! Depending on their size, your prints are either rolled or flat-packed in protective sleeves. These are then placed inside sturdy mailers or boxes designed to prevent wrinkles, moisture, and creases. Our goal is to deliver flawless transfers—ready for your press.

What happens if my package gets lost or is significantly delayed in transit?

If your tracking hasn’t changed in several days or your package seems lost, reach out to us. We’ll coordinate with the carrier to investigate and, if the package is confirmed lost, we’ll reprint and resend your order free of charge. We stand behind every shipment to ensure you receive exactly what you paid for.

Artwork Guidelines (Resolution, File Prep, Formats, Common Mistakes)

Should I design in CMYK or RGB color mode to have my colors print accurately?

Great question! For DTF transfers, we recommend designing in RGB color mode because our printers are optimized for bright, vivid RGB output. Unlike CMYK, which is common in traditional printing, RGB offers a wider color range—making your neon tones and rich blues stand out beautifully on fabric!

What resolution (DPI) should my artwork be in to ensure the best print quality for DTF transfers?

For the best results, we recommend using a resolution of 300 DPI (dots per inch). This ensures sharp lines, vibrant colors, and precise detail, even for small text or intricate designs. Lower-resolution files can appear blurry or pixelated when printed, so starting with high-quality artwork guarantees professional-looking transfers!

What file format is best for uploading designs (is PNG better than JPEG, PDF, etc.) for DTF printing?

We accept a variety of file types, but PNG is our top choice—especially when saved with a transparent background for the cleanest results and optimal detail. We also support JPEG, PDF, and TIFF files. If you’re unsure about your file, no problem—our team can help convert it into a print-ready format.

How large can my design file be – are there any file size or dimension limits I should know about?

Our system supports file uploads up to 2GB each, and you can upload multiple files in a single order. For gang sheets, we can print up to 22 inches wide by 20 feet tall—so don’t hold back! Just ensure your files are high-resolution, clear, and within those dimensions, and we’ll handle the rest.

Do I need to have a transparent background in my artwork, and what happens if I don’t remove the background?

Yes, a transparent background is best—this ensures only your design is printed without any extra borders. If your file has a solid white or colored background, that will also print, which can leave an unwanted box around your design. 😊 Need help removing the background? No problem! Just choose “Order by Size” and leave a note for our design team—we’ll take care of it for you.

Will your team adjust, resize, or color-correct my artwork if needed, or do you print exactly what I send?

We usually print your design exactly as submitted, but if we spot a major issue (like very low resolution or missing elements), we’ll contact you before proceeding. For edits such as background removal or resizing, select the “Order by Size” option and add a note. Our design team is here to help!

Do I need to include any bleed or extra border around my design for printing purposes?

No bleed is required! We print your design exactly as provided. Just ensure it has clean edges and no extra background. However, if your design is close to the edge of a gang sheet or positioned next to other designs, adding a bit of spacing will make cutting easier and prevent overlap.

How can I make sure the colors in my print will match the colors I see on my screen (any tips for color accuracy)?

Colors may look slightly different in print compared to your screen due to display and lighting differences. For the best accuracy, design in RGB, use a calibrated monitor if possible, and avoid extremely saturated or neon shades that can shift when printed. Our printers are fine-tuned for vibrant, consistent color — so even with minor variations, your results will look stunning!

Should I leave a margin or spacing between multiple images on a gang sheet to allow for cutting them apart?

We suggest leaving a minimum of 0.1 inches between each design on your gang sheet. This small buffer makes cutting easier and ensures your designs don’t overlap or crowd during the pressing process.

Do you check my artwork for any issues (such as poor quality or missing elements) before printing?

If we notice any major issues—such as low resolution, missing elements, or color problems—we’ll contact you before printing. Otherwise, if everything looks fine, we’ll proceed as-is. Want extra peace of mind? Leave a note at checkout or send us a message. We’re always happy to give your design a second look 😊

What are some common artwork mistakes to avoid (for example, low resolution images or incorrect file formats)?

Here are some common mistakes to watch out for:
Uploading low-resolution files (under 150 DPI)
Leaving backgrounds in your design
Using JPEGs without transparency when PNGs would work better
Creating gang sheets without enough spacing between designs
Including tiny text or blurry logos
Our team is always ready to assist, but avoiding these will greatly improve your final print quality!

Heat Pressing Instructions

How do I apply the DTF transfers to a garment or fabric once I receive them?

Applying your DTF transfer is easy and rewarding! Start by placing the transfer film onto your garment with the design facing up, making sure it’s exactly where you want it. Then, use a heat press with the recommended settings below. After pressing, allow it to cool or peel immediately depending on your peel type, then gently remove the film. Voilà—vibrant, durable custom artwork!
1. Pressure: Use medium to firm pressure on your heat press.
2. Temperature:
Cotton and 50/50 blends: 320–350°F
Synthetic or polyester fabrics: 280–300°F
3. Press Time: Apply heat for 8 seconds.
4. Peel: Warm or cold peel, whichever suits your project best.

How much pressure should I use on my heat press when applying these transfers for the best results?

Apply medium to firm pressure—around 6–8 PSI if your heat press offers digital controls. Insufficient pressure might lead to incomplete adhesion, while excessive pressure can stretch or warp the fabric. Consistent, even pressure across the whole design ensures sharp edges and strong bonding.

What heat press temperature and press time do you recommend for pressing DTF Sheet transfers onto garments?

For optimal results with DTFSheet.com transfers:
1. 100% cotton: Press at 320°F (160°C) for 8 seconds
2. Polyester or blends: Press at 280°F (138°C) for 8 seconds
These temperatures help achieve strong adhesion without damaging the fabric. Use firm, even pressure and ensure your heat press distributes heat uniformly. After pressing, you can peel the film warm or cold—both work perfectly with our transfers.

What kinds of fabrics or materials can I apply the transfers on?

DTF transfers offer outstanding versatility, making them a top choice for custom printing. You can apply them to:
✔ 100% Cotton
✔ Polyester & Blends
✔ Canvas & Denim
✔ Performance & Stretch Fabrics
They work beautifully on both light and dark garments, maintaining rich, vibrant colors and a smooth finish on every material.

Do DTF Transfers Require Warm or Cold Peel?

DTF transfers are engineered for maximum flexibility — you can choose warm peel or cold peel, depending on your preference. After pressing, peel immediately while warm for faster production, or wait for a full cool-down for a more relaxed workflow. Either method delivers strong adhesion, vibrant colors, and a smooth finish.
This dual-peel option is perfect for high-volume production, custom shops, and small businesses that need speed without compromising quality.

Can I Apply DTF Transfers Without a Heat Press?

While we recommend a professional heat press for the most reliable results, you can use a household iron or Cricut EasyPress for smaller projects. The key is firm, even pressure and stable heat.
Using a Household Iron
Set to highest cotton setting (no steam).
Press down firmly, section by section, for 10–15 seconds each.
Avoid shifting the transfer while applying pressure.
Using a Cricut EasyPress
Apply firm, even pressure at the recommended temperature for 8–10 seconds.
Consider a second press to ensure durability.
⚠️ Pro Tip: For frequent use or business purposes, a heat press is highly recommended for consistent temperature, accurate pressure, and faster production.

Should I pre-press (preheat) my garment before applying the DTF transfer, and why is that important?

Yes! Pre-pressing your garment is a simple but important step. It removes any moisture and smooths out wrinkles, creating the perfect surface for your transfer to bond. A quick 5-second press before applying your DTF transfer can significantly improve adhesion and overall print quality.

Is there a way to remove or reposition a transfer if I accidentally press it in the wrong place or the wrong way?

Unfortunately, once a DTF transfer is pressed, it’s permanent. These transfers are built for durability, so they can’t be repositioned after application. To avoid mistakes, take time to measure and align before pressing. If an error does occur, you might cover it with another design or repurpose the garment for testing.

What steps can I take to ensure the transfer adheres properly and lasts through many washes?

To ensure your DTF transfer adheres perfectly and stays vibrant through 50+ washes, follow these steps:
✅ Before pressing:
Pre-press the garment for 5 seconds to remove moisture and smooth out wrinkles.
Ensure the surface is clean and lint-free — dust, oils, or fibers can affect adhesion.
🔥 During pressing:
Use the correct temperature and time:
• 320°F for cotton
• 280°F for polyester or blends
Press for 8 seconds with medium to firm pressure.
Apply even pressure across the design — avoid seams, zippers, or uneven areas.
If using a household iron or Cricut EasyPress, press evenly in sections without shifting the design.
🧊 After pressing:
Peel the film warm or cold — both work with our transfers.
For extra durability, do a second press (5 seconds) using parchment paper or a Teflon sheet to lock in the print and improve wash resistance.
🧼 Aftercare (washing):
Wait at least 24 hours before washing.
Wash inside-out in cold or lukewarm water with mild detergent.
Avoid bleach, fabric softeners, and harsh chemicals.
Hang dry if possible, or use a low tumble dry setting.
Following these steps ensures your DTF print stays bright, flexible, and long-lasting — giving your apparel a professional finish that lasts wash after wash.

Part of my design didn’t transfer fully or is peeling off – what might have gone wrong, and how can I troubleshoot the issue?

If your DTF transfer isn’t fully adhering or is peeling after pressing, don’t stress — it’s usually an easy fix! Here’s why it happens and how to solve it:

🛠 Common Causes & Fixes
1. Incorrect Pressing Temperature
If the press was too cold or uneven, the adhesive may not have melted fully.
✔ Fix: Repress at the correct settings — 320°F for cotton / 280°F for polyester for 8 seconds.
2. Insufficient Pressure
Peeling edges or corners often mean the pressure was too light or uneven, especially over seams.
✔ Fix: Use medium to firm pressure and make sure the surface is flat.
3. Premature Peeling
Peeling too soon can lift parts of the design.
✔ Fix: Allow the transfer to cool completely before peeling slowly.
4. Dirty or Oily Fabric
Lint, fabric softener, or oils can block adhesion.
✔ Fix: Pre-press and clean the area before applying.
5. Inconsistent Heat
Using a household iron or Cricut EasyPress can cause heat fluctuations.
✔ Fix: Repress missed spots with steady heat and pressure — ideally with a heat press.

🔧 How to Fix It
Cover the peeling section with parchment paper or a Teflon sheet.
Press again at the correct temperature for 5–7 seconds.
Let it cool fully, then check adhesion.
In most cases, this second press will fix the issue. If not, snap a few clear photos and contact our support team — we’ll help you make it right!

Can I layer multiple DTF transfers on top of each other or apply transfers over seams and zippers?

Yes! DTF transfers can be layered, but it’s best to avoid overlapping unless you have experience with heat application. Pressing over seams, zippers, or uneven areas can trap air and cause poor adhesion. For the best results, always press on a flat, smooth surface and only layer when necessary.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return/refund policy for custom DTF transfers, since they are made-to-order products?

Since each transfer is custom-printed for you, we’re unable to accept general returns or exchanges. That said, we stand behind our quality 100%. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective in any way, we’ll make it right with a reprint or refund immediately.

What if my transfers arrive damaged or there was a printing error with my order?

We take every concern seriously. If your prints arrive damaged or show a clear quality issue, please send us a few photos within 5 business days of delivery. We’ll review them promptly and either reprint your order or issue a full refund—whichever you prefer!

Will you reprint or refund my order if there’s a mistake or quality issue

Absolutely — if the mistake is on our end (wrong size, incorrect file printed, or print quality issues caused by our system), we’ll gladly reprint your order or issue a full refund. Your satisfaction is our top priority!

What kind of proof or documentation do you require if there is an issue with my prints?

Typically, clear, well-lit photos of the issue are enough for us to verify the problem. This helps us improve and ensures your reprint is perfect. We only request the item be returned if a close inspection is absolutely necessary, which happens very rarely.

Can I return or exchange my custom transfer sheets if I change my mind or ordered the wrong item?

We can’t accept returns for custom orders unless the error is on our end. However, we get that mistakes happen! If you reach out promptly and your order hasn’t been printed yet, we’ll do our best to help correct it.

How do I report a problem with my order, and how quickly do I need to notify you if something is wrong?

If you find an issue with your order, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery via email or our website’s contact form. Don’t forget to include your order number and clear photos to help us address the problem promptly.

Do you offer any satisfaction guarantee on your products if I’m not happy with how my transfers turned out?

Absolutely! If you’re not satisfied for any reason—whether it’s quality, clarity, or accuracy—just let us know. We’ll gladly reprint your order or issue a refund based on what fits best. We treat every print like it’s our own and want you to love what you get!

Can I cancel or change my order after I’ve placed it (before it has been printed and shipped)?

You can cancel or change your order only if it hasn’t entered production yet. Please contact us right away if you spot a mistake. Once printing begins, edits aren’t possible, but we’ll gladly help you figure out the best next steps!

If my package was lost by the shipping carrier, what is your policy on replacing the order or refunding the cost?

If USPS or UPS officially declares your package lost in transit, we’ll reprint and resend your order free of charge. We’re committed to making sure you receive exactly what you paid for, even when the carrier messes up.

Do I need to return the faulty or misprinted transfers back to you in order to get a refund or reprint?

Usually, no return is needed. Just send us a clear photo of the issue, and we’ll handle the rest. If we do require the item for a quality check, we’ll inform you—but that’s pretty uncommon.

Do you offer support through social media or any messaging apps for quick questions?

How are custom DTF transfers priced – is pricing based on the size of the design, the quantity ordered, or something else?

Great question! Our pricing depends on the total print area you use—whether it’s a single design or a gang sheet with multiple designs. Bigger print space means a higher cost. But don’t worry, it’s straightforward: no setup fees, no hidden costs—just clear, transparent pricing based on your design size. You’ll see your exact total right away before you check out!

What payment methods do you accept for online orders (credit/debit cards, PayPal, etc.)?

Your payment info is encrypted and handled through trusted platforms to keep everything safe. If you’re a reseller or need other payment options, just get in touch with us!

Are there any additional fees, setup charges, or artwork fees that I should be aware of?

No hidden fees — ever 🙌
We don’t charge setup fees or surprise costs. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay!

I’m a reseller with a tax-exempt certificate – how can I place a tax-free order with DTFSuperPrint.Com

By default, sales tax is applied where required by law — but if you’re a reseller with a valid resale or tax exemption certificate, you can avoid the tax! Simply upload your certificate through our Tax Exemption Form on the website. Once approved, your account will be marked tax-exempt for all future orders. Quick, simple, and tax-free shopping!

If I want to place a very large order, can I get a custom quote or special pricing beyond the standard rates?

Technical Support and File Issues

What if my artwork file is very large or the site says the format isn’t accepted? Is there another way to send you my design?

No problem at all! 😊 If your file is too large or in an uncommon format, you can email it to us at Info@dtfsuperprint.com or use a free service like WeTransfer or Google Drive. Make sure to include your order number in the message. We’ll confirm once we receive it and ensure everything is set before printing.

I’m having trouble uploading my design file to your website – what should I do if the uploader isn’t working properly?

We’ve got you covered! If the uploader on our site isn’t working, try refreshing the page or switching to Chrome or Safari for the best experience. Still no luck? No worries — just email your file to Info@dtfsuperprint.com with your order number and any special instructions. We’ll handle the upload manually and confirm everything before printing. Super easy!

How can I track the status of my order or see where it is in the production process after I’ve placed it?

Tracking your order is simple!
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Once your package ships, we’ll send a second email with your tracking number (typically via UPS or USPS).
You can also log into your DTFSuperPrint.com account anytime to view your order history and current status.
Need extra help or an update? Email or call us — we’re always happy to assist!

Will you notify me if there’s a problem with the file I submitted (for example, if the resolution is too low or something is missing) before you print it?

Absolutely! We review every file before production. If we spot a major issue — like low resolution, missing elements, or a non-transparent background — we’ll pause your order and email you right away. You’ll never receive a print you’re unhappy with.
If everything looks great and meets our print standards, we go straight to print to ensure the fastest turnaround possible.

Can I email my design file or use another method to send artwork if the online upload fails or has issues?

No worries! If the uploader gives you trouble, simply email your design to Info@dtfsuperprint.com and include your order number plus any size or layout notes.
For large files, you can also share via Dropbox, Google Drive, or WeTransfer. We’ll handle the upload on our end and confirm everything looks perfect before printing.

I got a notification that there’s an issue with my artwork file – what does that mean, and how can I fix the problem to proceed with my order?

If you received this notice, it usually means your design has one of the following problems:
Low resolution (may print blurry)
Missing transparency (background needs to be removed)
Incorrect size or format
No worries — we’ll clearly explain the issue and how to fix it. Most times, it’s as simple as uploading a new version or letting us make adjustments for you (we’re happy to help, especially with size-based orders). We’ll always wait for your approval before printing.

If I realized I uploaded the wrong file or made a mistake in my artwork after submitting the order, can I replace the file or update my order with the correct artwork?

Yes — as long as your order hasn’t entered production yet, we’re happy to swap in your updated file 😊 Time is key, so contact us immediately by emailing Info@dtfsuperprint.com with your updated artwork and order number.
If the update reaches us before printing starts, we’ll confirm the change and proceed with your new file. Once printing begins, changes can’t be made — but we’ll always do our best to help!

Sample Orders and Test Prints

What is included in the free sample pack that you offer, and how can I request one for myself?

Our free sample pack includes a curated selection of pre-printed designs that showcase a variety of colors, details, and fabric types. Plus, you’ll get a handy quick-start guide with tips on how to press and care for your DTF transfers.
Ready to try? Just visit our Free Sample page and place your sample order — it only takes a minute!

Do you offer any sample packs or test prints so I can try out your DTF transfers before placing a larger order?

Absolutely — we love helping you test the quality before you commit! We offer both free sample packs and custom sample prints tailored to your needs. Whether you’re new to DTF or switching from another provider, samples are a great way to experience our vibrant colors, durable prints, and premium finish up close.

Can I order just a single transfer of my own design as a test run or sample to see how it turns out?

Yes — you totally can! We have no minimum order quantity, so feel free to upload your file and order just one transfer to test it out. It’s a great way to confirm your settings and see exactly how your design performs before placing larger orders.
Additionally, we offer free sample packs and custom sample prints if you want to explore our print quality, colors, and durability before committing. Samples give you a firsthand look at what to expect from our transfers.

What is a “Custom Sample Print” and how is it different from a regular order or the free sample pack?

A Custom Sample Print lets you submit your own design and order just one transfer to test before committing to a larger batch. Unlike our free sample pack, which features pre-made designs, this option gives you the chance to see exactly how your artwork will look and feel after pressing. It’s perfect for checking color accuracy, sizing, and alignment — so you can order with confidence!

Will the sample transfers be the same quality and materials as the transfers in a normal paid order?

Absolutely — 100%! 🎯 Every sample you receive, whether free or custom, is printed using the exact same film, ink, adhesive powder, and equipment as our regular orders. What you test is exactly what you’ll get when you scale up your projects — no surprises, just consistent quality.

Can I choose the designs or images in a sample pack, or are they pre-selected by DTFSuperprint.com?

Our free sample pack features pre-selected designs chosen to highlight our print quality, vibrant colors, and fine details on various fabric types. If you want to see how your own design looks, we recommend ordering a custom sample print — it’s quick, easy, and totally worth it!

Do the sample or test prints come with any DTFSheet branding on them, or are they unbranded?

Our free samples include a subtle, light branding to identify us, but it won’t distract from the quality—you’ll still get a clear idea of how they’d look on your projects. Custom sample prints, on the other hand, are completely unbranded and perfect for testing just like a full production order.
