Refund and Return Policy
At DTF SuperPrint, we want you to be fully satisfied with your order. If you experience any issues, please review our return and refund guidelines below.
1. Returns & Exchanges
- Because our products are custom-printed transfers, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or customer error.
- We only accept returns if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.
2. Refunds
- If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- We may request photos of the defective product for quality control purposes.
- Once approved, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no extra cost.
- Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom DTF transfers or UV DTF prints created to customer specifications cannot be returned unless defective.
- Used or applied transfers cannot be returned.
- Clearance or final-sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
4. Order Cancellations
- Orders may only be canceled before printing begins. Once your transfer is in production, cancellation is not possible.
- To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at info@dtfsuperprint.com.
5. Shipping Issues
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers (UPS, USPS, FedEx) once the package has left our facility.
- If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will help file a claim with the carrier.
